Synonyms for "Helped" on a resume
"Helped" is the weakest verb you can put on a resume. It tells a hiring manager you were adjacent to a result rather than responsible for one, and it makes strong work sound like a favour. Almost every bullet starting with "helped" can be rewritten around what you personally did.
When to actually use "helped"
Essentially never in a bullet. The only reasonable use is describing genuine support work where someone else clearly owned the outcome — and even then, name the support you gave.
