Synonyms for "Built" on a resume
"Built" is direct and credible — its weakness is that it is used for everything from a spreadsheet to a company. Keep it, but make the object specific enough that the scale of the build is obvious.

Use it when you produced a working artefact yourself. If you led others who built it, use a leadership verb instead.
